At Hobby Hooves, we want you to love your purchase. This policy applies to items bought online or at our events.

1. Eligibility
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Item is unused, in original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items
No returns on:

  • Used or damaged goods
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised items
  • Clearance items (unless faulty)

3. How to Return
Email us at [Insert email] with order number and reason.
You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds issued once item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Used/damaged returns may be rejected or partially refunded.

5. Exchanges
Need a different size or product? Email us and we’ll help if stock allows.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Email within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will offer a replacement, refund or repair including postage.

7. Event Sales
Items bought at events follow the same return policy. Keep your receipt.
